Today I am really excited to show you a special card i made to my lovely boyfriend in Saint Valentine's Day. I know that Valentine's Day has passed but i couldn't post it early, cause i'd got many things to do last month. Sorry guys!
For this special card, I had bought a stamp set called "Snow Day" from Lawn Fawn few months before Valentine's, so i decided to take from this set just the bunnies and from other set, i took a small heart to be part of the lovely scene.
I painted and cut off the bunnies and the heart softly with color pencils to give it some lights and shadows in a white cardstock.
After finished the bunnies, I found this word "YOU WARM MY HEART" from the same set, so, i repeated in different colors (purple and acqua ink) in a white cardstock and embossed it. I cut off a heart of medium size on the middle of the white cardstock, then I stamped and pasted an acetate behind the cardstock and pasted gently the bunnies in front, in this way, you will got a nice heart window.
In an acqua cardstock, i pasted and cut a purple cardstock bigger than the acetate and added some foamy tape around the purple's heart to make a closed hole with the idea of adds some colorful sequins in and make a shaking card.
To finishing the card, I'd got a shine purple cardstock, which i found in my recycle' s stuffs and decided to stamp the words "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY SWEETY!" with a small alphabetical's stamp set. I added just some white embossing powder and in few seconds walah!
